We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us. Specifically:
If you complete the AI Readiness Assessment: your name, work email address, industry, and your answers to the assessment questions.
If you email us: whatever you include in your message.
Site analytics: aggregate, anonymous usage data such as page views and referring source. This does not identify you, is not linked to your assessment responses, and does not use cookies.
Assessment details are used to generate your results and to allow our team to follow up with relevant guidance. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: business-to-business outreach to a professional who has voluntarily requested an assessment of their organization's governance posture.
You can object to this at any time using the contact address below, and we will stop.
Assessment submissions are received by a small number of AVM staff for the purpose of follow-up. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not transfer it to advertising networks or data brokers.
Assessment submissions are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Email correspondence is retained per our standard business records policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, object to our processing of it, or receive a copy in portable form. California residents have the right to know what is collected and to request deletion; as stated above, we do not sell or share personal information.
